A1: No returns, refunds or exchanges of all Libra5-Pretty Panties.

Q2. How can I know the details of each of the products at Libra5?

A2: Just click on the desired product at the product page and it will redirect to the product details page.

Q3. What are the shipping fees of Libra5 Pretty Panties?

A3: Purchase HK$250 or above at Libra5, customers will have free shipping (with Local Registered mail).

For local delivery, HK$20 shipping charges (with Local Registered mail) will be added for purchasing only less than HK$250 within an order. See details here.

Q4. What’s the currency in checkout?

A4: All Libra5-Pretty Panties are sold in Hong Kong Dollars.

Q5. What are the payment options at Libra5?

A5: Libra5 only accepts credit card payment through PayPal.

Q6. Do I need to register as a member to purchase any Libra5 products?

A6: Yes. Please fill-in the necessary personal information accurately at the checkout before placing an order, and Libra5 shopping cart system will automatically register your provided information as a Libra5 member. So, you will no need to fill-in any details for the next shopping.

Q7. How can I make sure my order has been accepted?

A7: There are two ways that you could confirm with your order:

1. If you have settled payment via PayPal successfully, Libra5 system will send you a “Payment Confirmation” email.

2. You may also login to My Account at Libra5, you’ll see your order under “Recent Orders”. If you have not yet make the payment, “pending” will show at the status. In that case, please settle payment as soon as possible.

Q8. How to know my orders have been dispatched?

A8: There are two ways that you could know status of your order:

1. Libra5 will send you a “Your order is complete” email after the products have been shipped.

2. You may also login to My Account at Libra5, you’ll see your order under “Recent Orders”. The products have been sent out if the status shows “completed”.

Q9. Can I change or cancel my orders?

A9: No change or cancel after you have placed your order. Products will be sent out to the provided address adter we have received the payment.

Q10. How long does it take to confirm order and product delivery?

A10: Libra5 will sent out your orders within 2-3 working days. After the products have been shipped, a “Shipping Notice” email with mail tracking no. will be sent to your registered email. You may also check the status in “My Account” at Libra5.

Q11. What shipping courier do Libra5 use?

A11: Libra5 sends out products through Hong Kong Post Registered Mail.

Q12. What are the credit card options accepted by PayPal?

A12: PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards for settling payment.

Q13. Is it safe to use my credit card to pay?
